CHEF DE CUISINE

KEMAL CAN YURTTAŞ
After completing his culinary education, Chef Kemal Can Yurttaş gained extensive experience in Turkey's leading hotels and restaurants, where he was granted Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef roles. In 2018 Yurttaş attended the Basque Culinary Center training program and in 2019 he joined Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul as a lecturer in Turkish cuisine. Having presented a 70 episode TV cooking series on a leading channel in Turkey in the same year, Chef Kemal Can Yurttaş specializes in local and regional dishes of the Turkish cuisine.
