Born in 1984 in Istanbul, Emre İnanır began his career in 2000. He worked in various 5 star hotels in Turkey with local and international chefs. Between 2009-2011, he went to South Africa where he had the opportunity to work in Michelin star restaurants with acclaimed chefs. Inanır also represented Turkey successfully in international culinary platforms as part of Turkish National Chefs Team.
Inanır is an innovative, researcher chef with a strong focus on ensuring Turkish cuisine to be represented in relevant international platforms.
